Tuesday and Wednesday's practices will meet at Akin Road\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\"\u003eElementary School (we meet in the north parking lot area).\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\"\u003eRunners of all abilities are welcome as the sports focus is on personal\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\"\u003eimprovement. With that said, an expectation of effort and willingness to\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\"\u003eimprove is required. All runners should be working towards being able to jog\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\"\u003econsistently for 30 minutes by the first practice. We will have kids of many\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\"\u003edifferent abilities running routes through and around Farmington. All kids\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\"\u003ewill need to demonstrate an understanding of pedestrian walkway laws while\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\"\u003ealso knowing general directions to navigate to and from our meeting\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\"\u003elocations. There will be coaches at practices, however, a coach may not\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\"\u003ealways be able to be with all the groups.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\"\u003eMembership is $150 which includes a t-shirt, and occasional treats to battle\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\"\u003ehot days.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\"\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\"\u003ePractices will mix in strength work along with core and flexibility. We will\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\"\u003ehave consistent workouts planned each week to establish a baseline for\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\"\u003etraining. All training will vary upon the ability of each member.
